Get hands-on experience with AI chatbot interfaces, conversation management, and privacy configurations essential for business use. Compare ChatGPT, Claude, and other popular platforms to understand their different strengths, pricing models, and use cases. Develop criteria for selecting the right AI tool for specific business tasks and learn to design effective sessions that produce reliable, usable results.
