Ride With Us is a 501(c)3 non-profit public transportation organization in Carroll County. Ride With Us is dedicated to safely serving our community while taking the time to enjoy the upbeat company culture that has been built.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide and support our talented team of transportation professionals.
  • Strategize & Optimize: Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, enhance efficiency and maintain safety.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our management team to brainstorm and roll out cutting-edge solutions that keep us ahead of the curve while staying in compliance with our local, state and federal regulations.
  • Analyze & Improve: Dive into data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for training and improvement.
  • Engage & Communicate: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors and community agencies to ensure top-notch service and collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex operations. Your people skills are as strong as your strategic mindset.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with transportation management and logistics specifically within the framework of LOTS (Locally Operated Transit System).
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: A knack for tackling challenges head-on and finding creative solutions that drive results.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motive a diverse group. A firm, but fair attitude.

The ideal candidate must live within 20 miles of our office, be flexible with their availability, be willing to perform a variety of different functions, and have a "whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude. This person must be able to work with the elderly and disabled population, exercise tact and sound judgment when resolving issues, and be able to solve practical problems independently. Most of all, this person must posses compassion for our community, dedication to their responsibilities and the ability to work in a demanding, but fun, environment. This position is typically a Monday through Friday dayshift position, but occasional weekend and evening work or extended daily hours may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
