Rape Crisis Intervention Service of Carroll County (RCIS) is now CARE Healing Center! RCIS has been the primary provider of free comprehensive services to survivors of sexual violence in Carroll County since 1978. And now with an expanded mission and new name, we also provide services for human trafficking victims of any age.

Court, hospital and police accompaniment, 24 hour hotline service, educational training and school presentations, therapy and walk-in crisis counseling.
