Bluebird Yoga & Wellness offers accessible, trauma-informed, and customizable wellness experiences to the community. We are committed to creating a space wherein everyone—all bodies, all abilities, and all ages—feels seen, supported, empowered, and safe. Our weekly classes include nervous system care, yoga, strength training, and Pilates, alongside specialized programming for kids, teens, and caregivers. We also offer private yoga and somatic healing sessions, workshops, special events, and professional trainings. At Bluebird, we believe wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Our community-centered approach provides space to move, grow, play, and rest—together.
