The Center for Nonprofit Leaders (CNL) is a highly collaborative organization of nonprofit leaders who have a passion for serving other nonprofit leaders in Carroll County, the rest of the USA, Caribbean, and Africa.  Our purpose is to help nonprofits boards and Executive Directors cultivate and support highly skilled leaders, those who strive to serve others so they can build better organizations, achieve their missions, and make the world a better place.  We provide workshops, leadership coaching, and consulting. Topics include strategic planning, board development, fundraising, board development, strategy, marketing, DEI, human resources, teambuilding and other skills needed to effectively run a nonprofit organization.
