Operation Second Stride 501c3 is a Taneytown-based nonprofit providing equine-assisted learning experiences that support first responders in building regulation, resilience, and connection. Working alongside a herd of off-track Thoroughbreds, participants engage in hands-on, relationship-based experiences that help them reset from the demands of their work and reconnect in a meaningful, lasting way. The program is offered at no cost to participants, made possible through community support and partnerships.
