Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County

The Partnership is a private nonprofit organization affiliated with Carroll Hospital and the Carroll County Health Department. It coordinates a broad variety of community health improvement efforts designed to achieve measurable results, and seeks positive change in specific areas identified by the community. Fosters leadership and collaboration. Tracks and reports community health data and leads community health assessments. Maintains a Web site with links to resources, event information, success stories, and more. Reports on progress and recognizes individuals and organizations at an annual community forum called We're On Our Way to celebrate Carroll County's progress toward health.
