Springboard Community Services

About

Springboard Community Services is a human services nonprofit organization that has served Central Maryland since 1849. Springboard operates the only Safe House of its kind in Carroll County for victims of violence and abuse. It provides case management, mental health counseling, and victim advocacy services.
