Launch Carroll is Carroll County, MD's premier young professionals networking and leadership development community for people ages 21-45 and is open to members AND non-members of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce!  We aim to equip and energize the next generation of business leaders and help them establish successful careers and businesses.
