The CARE Healing Center is inviting you to support survivors at our inaugural survivor's vigil. Please join us at Belle Grove Square Park starting at 4:30 pm. We, along with survivors, will decorate bags (well over 250 bags) to represent the number of Carroll County survivors we have helped in 2023. Find out how many we have helped in 2024!

Local law enforcement, Maryland State's Attorney's Office, and local politicians will speak at 5:30 pm and we will light the candles at 6:30 pm. Please join us to support Carroll County survivors and learn valuable information for your family. This event is free for all to attend and participate. See our art installation to show how survivors really look in our community.
