The Shepherd’s Staff is thrilled to announce that it is partnering with Human Services Programs and the Carroll County Arts Council to bring you the 2022 Holiday Hopper contest. The Shepherd’s Staff’s Festival of Trees has partnered with Carroll County Arts’ Council’s Festival of Wreaths and HSP’s Gingerbread Village Festival and all will be distributing punch cards for the “Holiday Hopper” tour at each of their events. When an attendee visits all 3 festivals and gets their card punched at each event, they can visit American Ice Company for a free treat and to drop off their completed card for a chance to win one of three prizes. Drawings for prizes will be held at a Facebook Live event. 'The Holiday Hopper is an outstanding way to get into the holiday spirit while visiting downtown Westminster and helping local nonprofits at the same time,' states Missie Wilcox, coordinator of the Hopper Program. 'The combined efforts of the Arts Council, HSP and Shepherd's Staff showcase what the holiday season is all about. Families can gather together and witness the massive local artistic talent, demonstrated through the festive trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses.' The guidance of Missie Wilcox and support of the promotion has been invaluable.
