We are a patient-centered and integrated medical home for residents of Carroll County, Maryland. We will provide quality health services, including medical, dental, and recovery support care. Access Carroll is in partnership with Carroll Hospital and Carroll County Health Department.  Services will be provided in a welcoming and holistic manner based upon the unique strengths, needs, abilities, and desires of all individuals across the lifespan, and in an environment that ensures and respects privacy.
