We are a family-owned business located in New Windsor since 1930. Donna Babylon is the third generation owner. We manufacture concrete burial vaults and septic tanks. We also sell cemetery monuments. We invite you to come to our office and, with our help, design the perfect monument to remember and honor your family. Babylon Vault Company is the organizer of Carroll County Wreaths Across America. Our goal is to place a wreath on every veteran’s grave in the county.
