Spectrum Support, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency which helps peoples with disabilities to live, learn, work and engage in social activities within their communities. Spectrum employs 17 f/t and 3 p/t staff who work specifically in the Carroll and Frederick County communities to support people with disabilities to 'Live Their Best Life'.
