The Least of These Ministries is a non-denominational Christian organization, dedicated to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with Haitian and Dominican residents of bateys (villages) in southwestern Dominican Republic. Founded in 1989, the ministry provides supplemental food with biblical teaching to residents of 13 of these bateys each week. Our vision is to empower the residents of these communities to seek sustainability by instilling hope through Jesus Christ.In addition to our food distribution program, we host mission trips throughout the year. During these trips, projects are undertaken to improve sanitation or general quality of life for the residents of these villages. Contact us if you are interested in joining us on a mission team!
