Through an extensive discovery session, Windchimes is able to narrow the search to only the very best communities/centers/agencies who meet the client’s financial, social, spiritual and healthcare needs. Our Certified Senior Advisors hold our client’s hands—scheduling and accompanying on community visits, coordinating with all parties to facilitate a move, and quickly responding to emergency or crisis situations. We are sensitive to the obstacles that accompany the aging process, and serve as a trusted resource. Thanks to our participating partner communities and services, Windchimes is able to provide one-on-one assistance and unlimited support to all families at absolutely no charge.
