Carroll Community BikeWorks is a nonprofit organization, organized through the Community Foundation of Carroll County, with the mission of “Provide and repair bicycles for free to adults and children with limited resources and create meaningful work for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities."

We need bike donations! If you have some bicycles in nearly any condition, adult or children's, please get in touch and we're happy to come pick them up. We also have several drop-off sites in Westminster; be sure to put your name on the bike if you choose that option so you'll get a donation receipt. We also need direct donations; these help us buy lights, locks, helmets, and bells for the people that use their bikes to get to work. Direct donations can be made here.
