The Carroll County Chapter of the Maryland Municipal League is pleased to offer three (3) $1,000 scholarships to Carroll County High School students who have been accepted into a College or University or Carroll County students currently enrolled in a College or University in a Graduate or Undergraduate program for the 2025-2026 school year. 

The Application is attached, available for download at the Town of Hampstead website,  www.hampsteadmd.gov under News & Announcements or at your local Town Office.

The application must be the 2025 Application Form and must be received at the Town of Hampstead Office by 4:00 p.m. on or before Friday, April 25, 2025.
