R&W Kitchen & Bath is looking for a carpenter and carpenter helper to make, finish, & install custom cabinetry.
Job Description:
- Full-time / 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday (No nights, no weekends)
- Salary Based Upon Experience (Range: $17 - $20 per hour)
- Paid Time Off

- This position is mostly based in our shop, with some on-site/residential installation. Service Areas: Carroll, Frederick, Howard, and Baltimore Counties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sand, stain, paint, and spray finish wood components
- Assemble/build custom cabinetry
- Load & deliver finished cabinetry
- Residential cabinet installation
- Includes use of hand-held power tools
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Carpentry experience or vocational school preferred
- Proficiency with hand and power tools required
- Must be able to read and follow drawings and specifications
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English
- Must be able to lift & carry approximately 75-100 lbs
