Job Summary: RCM&D is currently searching for a Client Manager in our Small Commercial department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Lines Risk Advisor with client service needs, making changes to existing accounts, and handling and processing new and renewal commercial business.


A Day in the Life:

  • Marketing renewals to incumbent and prospective carriers.
  • Ensuring the renewal process is accurately completed in a timely manner.  
  • Overseeing two client representatives, keeping them on task to complete team objectives.
  • Managing the overall day-to-day needs of an established, but swiftly growing book of business. 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Risk Management, or other related field is preferred; high school diploma plus three to five years of industry       experience, in lieu of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is necessary.
  • Three to five years’ experience handling accounts with a high level of dependability.
  • The desire and ability to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment. 

Who You Are: 

  • Possess a thorough understanding of commercial underwriting, rating procedures, and coverage.
  • Must be a self-starter, imaginative and creative with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational, and reasoning skills
  • Able to work well under pressure, meet set deadlines, and comfortably change priorities when required
