Position Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front Desk Check-In Attendee & Barista to be the first smiling face our guests see when they walk through the door. In this key role, you’ll help manage customer check-ins, prepare café drinks and snacks, and maintain a warm, organized environment for families to enjoy.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in customers while ensuring play area safety and access requirements are met

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for admissions, memberships, and retail sales

Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

Prepare and serve beverages and café menu items to standard

Keep the front desk, café area, and play zones tidy and well-stocked

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Report any maintenance or guest service concerns to management promptly

Adapt to other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Previous customer service, café, or hospitality experience preferred

Comfortable working in a lively environment with families and children

Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert lbs, e.g., 25 lbs]

Compensation & Benefits
