The initial compensation for this position generally falls between $51,870 and $54,463.50, contingent upon relevant experience and qualifications.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Location: Library Administrative Offices in New Windsor, MD

Job summary:
Performs a variety of duties in the operation of the Materials Management department in a shared collection environment, including reviewing and selecting materials, evaluating collections, and managing budget accounts; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
Three or more years of library associate experience.
Requires 90 contact hours of approved in-service training through Library Associate Training Institute (LATI) within first 2 years of employment or 9 hours of formal academic course work in library science.
Direct experience with materials selection in a public library setting preferred.
May be eligible to telecommute part-time after being employed for six months.
