Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive part time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The position is part time, Saturdays 9am-2:30 pm.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries.
  • Provide support with treatments as needed.
  • Assist in placing clients in treatment rooms.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and efficient.
  • Support office management functions to enhance productivity across the team.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.
  • Experience with phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a clerical role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
