The ReStore Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of our busy warehouse and donation center, supporting overall store performance and revenue generation. Our ReStore sells donated building materials, furniture, and appliances to fund Habitat’s work building homes, communities, and hope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse, donation center, and facility operations
• Support and supervise staff and volunteers with professionalism and strong customer service
• Ensure effective receiving, pricing, merchandising, and inventory flow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
• Build relationships with donors, contractors, and community partners
• Monitor sales performance and support achievement of revenue goals

Qualifications:

• Retail management experience required
• Experience supervising staff and volunteers
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Commitment to Habitat’s mission

Full-time, salaried (40+ hours/week, including Saturdays).
