Placing Seniors with Families is a new approach to high-quality care provision, helping seniors and families to find each other and live their best lives together. This means living within a family unit with personalized 1:1 care and supporting local families to work from home while teaching their children how to care for others.

Years ago, our family was given the opportunity to have a WWII veteran suffering from dementia come live with us. I was hesitant as we had two young children, but my husband was able to be home full time, and we felt pulled to give the opportunity a chance. Quickly, our senior friend became an extended member of our family. In the nearly ten years that he lived with us, our family unit made countless memories together until he passed away peacefully at over 100 years old. The experience stands out in my children’s childhoods because not only did they love our friend, but also because it taught them vital lessons in compassion and caring for others. We were so grateful for this experience that we have dedicated ourselves to helping other families find it as well. Within a family care structure, everyone benefits.
