Duties:
- Manage Projects: Create estimates, coordinate timelines, and track materials and job progress.
- Support Showroom Operations: Manage showroom hours and presence while leading client consultations.
- Lead Client Communications: Be the main point of contact throughout the project, delivering a tailored, positive experience to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate: Work closely with scheduling, install, and logistics managers to keep projects running smoothly.
- Pursue Growth: Participate in ongoing training and skill-building
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy & adaptable: Comfortable using mobile and desktop tools. Training provided (i.e. Google Workspace, RFMS, Measure Mobile, etc). We're going paperless!
- Reliable transportation: Required for job-site visits across Central MD and Southern PA.
- Physical capability: Regularly lift and carry product samples in the showroom and on the job-site (typically 10–20 lbs; sometimes up to 50 lbs).
- Strong communication & organization: Clear, proactive, and detail-oriented -- you manage multiple projects smoothly.
- Relationship sales mindset: You take a consultative, trust-building approach and guide clients with patience and professionalism.
- Time management & self-direction: Confidently manage your schedule and balance client needs with daily responsibilities.
- Integrity & Accountability: You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and value doing what’s right — especially when it’s not the easiest route.
- High School or Equivalent
Nice-to-Haves:
- Team-oriented & independent: Collaborate effectively while owning your responsibilities and results.
- Growth-oriented: Open to feedback, ready to learn, and excited about long-term development with work-life balance.
- Aesthetic awareness: You’ve got a good eye for color, space, and style — even without formal design training.
- Experience: While not required, experience related to customer service, sales, design, remodeling, and similar industries is helpful.
